By downloading, installing, or using Checkfrog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Checkfrog is a personal productivity application for iOS that helps users manage tasks, calendar events, routines, goals, lists, notes, bills, and more. The app stores data locally on your device with optional iCloud synchronization.
You may use Checkfrog for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Checkfrog and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Checkfrog and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Checkfrog name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Checkfrog.
You retain all rights to the data you create within Checkfrog. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced through your personal iCloud account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
We strive to keep Checkfrog available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may release updates that modify, add, or remove features. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Checkfrog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Checkfrog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
While we design Checkfrog to reliably store your data, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, software bugs, operating system updates, or any other cause. We recommend enabling iCloud sync as a backup measure.
Checkfrog may integrate with Apple services such as iCloud, EventKit (Calendar), and Local Notifications. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
You may stop using Checkfrog at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
