Checkfrog is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any external servers. Your information stays on your device.
All data you create in Checkfrog — including bills, income, budget categories, spending entries, accounts, net worth check-ins, and settings — is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synced through your personal Apple iCloud account and is subject to Apple's privacy policies.
Checkfrog does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
Checkfrog does not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral information.
Checkfrog does not display advertisements and does not share any data with advertisers or ad networks.
Checkfrog does not connect to a bank, card issuer, or any other financial institution, and does not ask for credentials to one. Every figure in the app is entered by you, and nothing is sent to any external service. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change ships.
Checkfrog may request permission to send local notifications reminding you that a bill is due. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve any external servers.
You can delete any or all of your data at any time from within the app. Uninstalling Checkfrog removes all locally stored data. If you use iCloud sync, you can manage your iCloud data through your device's Settings.
Checkfrog does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the app is safe for users of all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
